OK, I just wanna clarify something that, I'm afraid, I haven't clarified enough in my first message.

1) TO OLENA - I left thru Poland because they said obtaining this stamp will take 3 months and I didn't and couldn't wait that long.

What I wanted to say is that the Ukrainian authorities DO NOT HAVE A LEGAL RIGHT TO DEMAND THIS STAMP PUT IN YOUR PASSPORT!!! IT IS NOT REQUIRED BY LAW!!! And, according to Article 19 of the Constitution of Ukraine, no one is obliged to do what is not required by the law. That was the point I tried to make. Therefore, OLENA, Boryspil guard DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO DEPRIVE YOU FROM LEAVING UKRAINE!!! BUT!!! If you wanna confront them with it, you have to take all the legal texts and have ALOT of patience! :) But better to leave thru Poland because it's often much cheaper, well, not always.

As for me, I DO want to be registered with our Consulate but they will unlikely want to register me without this stamp. That's why I was asking for porada vid jurysta in case I have to sue them in Ukraine. I don't have to go thru all those complicated procedures that they posted on their web page, like getting confirmation from Ukraine that you don't have any unsolved legal matters becayse I am NOT obliged to do so - we still have that damn presumption of innocence in Ukraine, right? So, if they have something against me, it's their job to find and get me.
