Yes. If your OPT is approved then your status is valid for the time of OPT plus 60 days.
Be sure that you have a valid re-entry endorsement from your school on I-20. While you are in OPT, the endorsement is valid for 6 months. Also, when you travel, you should keep with you EAD (Employment Authorization Document) card. You get this card upon approval of your OPT.
After the end of OPT you have additional 60 days to leave the country.
