Let's be FRANK - you want an encouragement for telling Mark about the affair? So be brave and tell him. You are not morally obligated to keep HER secret, neither it's a sin to tell him. Would it solve anything? Maybe. But be prepared that in the end HE may see you as an intriguing person, because, I can bet a million, SHE is going to persuade him that you are lying because of jealousy and you want him as a pize.
In the end it is still nobody but you to decide, whether to tell or not.
