: You are deadly wrong here. Ukrainian government
has nothing to do with american visas. All dirty
tricks (most of which you still do not know) are
being played exclusively by american oficials. The
average american Joe wouldn't believe that such
methods of treatment can be practisized in the US
embassy, but on the other hand I can remind him
the treatment of american citizens of japanese
origin during WWII. Sometimes American government
can act very nasty.
