You're on the wrong board but we'll help anyway. Ukraine is east from Nashville, so you'll have to go in that direction first. Maybe NY? Then try to find a flight to Kyiv. From Kyiv you might be able to get a flight to Sevastopol, but from a different airport. Or you can try to fly to Odessa. Not to far away. If you contact your dating service they can probably arrange a mule for you so that you can get to your friend in style.
