I don't really think we should simplify visa regime for ALL foreigners. We have to cancel visa requirements for EU+EEC, US, Canadian, AU, NZ and Japanese and, perhaps, South African citizens but that's it. Visas for people from Asia, Africa etc. should be almost impossible to get unless they're millionaires. Poor Kenyans or Afganis have no business coming to Ukraine.
