I have a sister. SHe is Ukrainian citizen with Canadian permanenet resident visa. She has a 8 year old son and I would like to take him to USA for 6 months. What do I need to do that? Like her permission letter? US visa for her son? Would he be allowed to attend US school? I would appreciatre you help/
