Charles de Gaulle Roissy is the larger of the two airports in Paris, and as most large city airports go, this one has plenty of places where you can sit/sleep/eat/wait for your layover. If you fall asleep in the chairs or in some carpeted corner, I doubt anyone will bother you as long as you don't look like a vagrant. Nowadays, anyway, with all of the security checks, they would assume that you are only waiting for a flight since even vagrants would have to have a plane ticket to enter into the airport.
I doubt that you would be permitted to leave Roissy without a visa for France anyway, so there is little concern about getting back in.
As to needing a France visa before boarding the plane in Ukraine, I doubt it. Your ticket and visa for the US is all you should need.
: Did anybody have this situation? I booked the ticket from Ukraine to Fort Worth,Texas. I have a lay over night in Paris .So I have to have visa in order to get out of the airport. To get this visa I have to travel to Houston which is not convenient at all and cost efective. I whould rather prefer to spend night in the airport in a cafe .
: The questions that I have are :will they allow me to stay in the airport and the second which is most important I was told that it is possible that Ukraine can not allow me aboard if they won't see visa to France .
: The name of the aiport is Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport
: thank you very much for your help
