I'm Ukrainian, but I'm always ashamed when I face something like that. People like so-called "Andy" (why not Andrij then?) take away my hope that once upon a time my beloved Ukraine will become a European country - democratic and civilized.
By humiliating others (zhidy, moskali) those miserable individuals try to lift their own self-esteem. But it never works, guys.
I don't know who you are, but certainly not a programmer. So for your information - programmers from the former soviet republics have a very good reputation here in the United States. One may meet them almost in every American computer company. So it won't be difficult for Yuliya's husband to find somebody in the computer field in Washington D.C. aria.
