I run a program for students. You caused your own problems. You came to camp and then changed your visa, and now want to change your visa again.

You should have gone back to Ukraine since your camp agreement included a flight back. THEN you should have applied for a student visa. You may have had a two year requirement to stay in Ukraine. You cannot bypass such a two year requirement.

In order to earn a H-1B visa you have to have an employer to sponsor you.

The trouble with Ukrainian students is that they violate the rules and then get into trouble.

In my program several students have made very good money programming while attending college, but the followed the rules and first obtained a very good scholarship and a stable visa.

There is NOTHING wrong with returning to Ukraine and then applying from there. It seems to me that you are going to a commercial college. These are for profit institutions with no financial aid. This school led you on. That is it was obliged to obtain a visa for you BEFORE you entered the school.
