We provide only legally correct information on this website.
The consequences of trying to find an illegal path to the United States are that either it won't work at all, or you get deported after you are caught. The US is pretty relentless about hunting down people who entered the country with falsified documentation. It would be a shame for a person to have built a life in this country, and then have it all whisked away by a court of law in a deportation case. There are such cases, and I hope no Ukrainian thinks they can do this and get away with it permanently. They'll get you eventually.
