It's true, the regional bureaucrats, even on west of Ukraine, are manipulated of facts in support of pro-governmental candidate. And the democtatic, patriotic opposition has very hard days (or years) on west of Ukraine. Not in cities, but in deep villages people supposed to vote for "ex-farmer Yanukovich" :-) Call them and say truth!
BUT, WE, UKRAINIAN CITIZENS, MUST TO GO VOTE ABROAD OF UKRAINE!!! ONLY IGNORED, EMPTY BULLETINS COULD BE INVOLVED IN FALSIFICATION.
