Hi,
From my experience - after you submit the form your fiancee will get a letter from INS in one-two months. After that all process will be on her side and will take about 2 months. If she will pass the interview - she'll get a fiancee visa. I DON'T RECOMMEND to get married in Ukraine. For you to get her in the US will take 2-3 years... Just make a research in the internet and find out how to make everything right. I am married here for 4 years and never had any problems. My whole process took us about 5 months. We got married in the US. Good luck to you both!
