According to section 214(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, as amended, which places on nonimmigrant visa applicants the burden of overcoming a statutory presumption of intending immigration. According to the law, therefore, an applicant can only receive a visa if the consular officer adjudicating his case is satisfied.
What is the best way to prove that I'm not a potential illigal immigrant to consular officer? Thank you
