Dear Ukrainian Experts,
During Ukrainian visit I met very nice Ukrainian lady. We were in tuch over phone and by letters for a 4 years and now we decided to get merried.
Next month I am going back to Donetsk, Ukraine to propose meried me.
How long will it take to obtaine a feance visa after I submit a I-129F Form? What is waiting time? Would it be any problem for the lady of 55 years to obtaine visa at the US Ambacy in Kiev?
How long INS proces this application?
