Sorry to bother, I'm JJ, US permanent resident, have a good job and still single with no kid, I'd like to sponsor a lady from Ukraine or Russia age about 30 (I'm 35) to come to the US on an F-1 visa, I'm going to pay her tuition fee by myself, but I don't know if it's practical. Can anybody give me something information please? is there a better chance if this lady has a kid? thank you very much.
