For heaven's sake, don't demonstrate your ignorance so clearly. You need to read a bit more. If the UN were actually controlled by Communists, then China and Cuba would be the controlling powers.
NATO has no relationship to the UN. Actually, it was created by the allies of the US to stop the expansion of Communism.
