Hello everybody:
I've recently got my ukr. passport stamped w/ Green Card stamp.
People say on my way back to US I may have a trouble - request to register "PMZh - postijne misce prozhyvannia" which imply to prove that I don't anyone anything (taxes, utilities whatsoever).
It's quite unconstitutional but I don't any politival discussion here, I just need your advice: how to beat it?
