The best source of information is the official sites of US Government. Go to www.uscis.gov;
travel.state.gov ;
usembassy.kiev.ua ;
Call directly to the US Consulate in Kyiv (044)490-4422 , and call your school( which will be giving you a I-20) and ask them of any information they can provide you in this matter.
