Thanks for the comment. Luckily, I found out abut the scam fast. I’ve called the Kentucky Consular Office, which is responsible for DV-visa Lottery and they had told me disregard the e-mail.

: You COULDN"T receive winning lottery confirmation - it's the whole PACKAGE of documents, and the front page is with number, name and address of the winner. The winning number is lokking like this 2005EU00011777 ( for example). If the number is looking any other way - it's NOT a winning number. AND. It's virtually impossible to have the front page without any name - it begins with "Dear Jane Doe".
: Anyway, on that page with the US state emblem in left upper corner, and beginning with "Dear Jane Doe", has to be this( down on the page in the left part):

: PA Name: DOE, JANE
: Preference Category DV DIVERSITY
: Foreign State Chargeability: UKRAINE
: Post: WARSAW

: If anything, you received, doesn't have this - this is NOT the first packge. Sorry.
