They lost my reservation not once, but TWICE, and stranded me in Kyiv on both occasions, only to be bailed out by Austrian Air. Otherwise, I would have had to spend anywhere from 3-7 more days in Kyiv. Then it took close to a year to get my refund. Fly a reputable airline.
