Please could you advise:
I am a ukrainian citizen and came to the USA by B1 visa. I got married in the USA a UK-citizen. In ISA-marriage certificate my maiden name was not changed. Now I apply for adjustment of status (later a green card) but in my passport I have my maiden mane. Ukrainian consulat in New York did not replay my question about changing a name in passport. What coul you advise in this situation, as I want my green card to be in my new name.
