The winners have already been notified. If you haven't received - too bad, for this year it's done. Last year there were more winners from Poland, than from Ukraine. Suppose, this year is the same. Though I'm talking ONLY about the ones, notified with the first package. The really lucky ones with immigrant visas will be only around 3500 from every country - look in the lottery rules. Everything depends on the number - 2005 EU 00025000 - is definitely no winner.
The other issue is that not every year is blooming for winners - the perfect one ( for Ukraine) was 1999, 2001, 2003 - that's not the years of actual win, but the year of notifications. Those years gave a huge harvest, but the other ones were almost like desert - it's not scary, it's just a random game, that is.
This year is bad - very little people you know get notified. You can bet, the next one will be better. Good luck, everybody :)
