Usually when people start receiving the notification of winning the lottery you hear about it all over. Everybody talks about it in Ukraine, here in the States. Almost everyone knows someone who won it. This year it's been so quiet that it's scary. I have a lot of friends that are waiting for the results. This year Ukraine is among the top countries that got the most winners. But where are they?! What is the possibility that they are lying? That the winners were never selected and the applications were never sent out? Where is the proof of that and what can we do about it? Thank you
