I had no problems with the meals. I have flown in all seasons. THe meals are more YKPAIHIAH.

Many westerners expect to get the kind of service on some of these carriers are that profess superior service. For example - Lufthansa has always been known to have great wines to go with their meals... And they are big.
:I am flying with a child, so it's not an unimportant issue for us. :-)
Get to the airport earlier and let the ground services of Aerosvit know that you have a child so that you can board earlier...
They are of the belief that all board at the same time and it takes a lot of pushing and shoving...
Some of the other carriers board from the rear and do make it easier. AeroSvit knows that the majority will rush to their seats and not look at order
