Has Anybody had a recent experience obtaining "Letter of no objection" from ukrainian consulate/embassy? It is needed in order to get a waiver of 2 years home residency requirement (provisioned in some types of J-1 visa) from US State department. I made an initial inquiry and run into serious problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
