: The best way of funding an LLM is still via the Muskie Fellowship. They do much of the work for the student and students often attend the best law schools in the USA including Yale.
: I am not clear how long this program will continue and how many places there are and will be but it is still the best way to fund such a degree.

(1) Don't mess with the J-1 visa which you'll receive in the case of your successful Muskie program's participation. It limits people's choices after the program.
(3) Mr. Oryshkevich (interesting spelling-why "y" and "i", instead of "y' and "y"-the same sound in Ukrainian) is too optimistic with Yale: you'll have a chance to go to a nice school. Yale is a pedigree school-Ukraine is far in the line.
(2) Total number of the Muskie awards per one academic year(Ukr/Mold/Bel.) is approx. 106(Law 8-9). One needs to have a good resume and be smart: Americans will choose. The program is doing OK: "public diplomacy=soft power" will live forever.
