Anybody can help with the following - in early 90-s there supposedly was a goverment program which helped Ukrainians, who have successfully passed USMLE exams to obtain residency. The program was granted in the relations to the Chernobyl Relief Fund ( sorry for not correct names). In early 90-s there weren't so many foreign medical graduates as now. So if anybody knows is the program still alive or how to contact the founders of Chornobyl relief Fund Dr. Matkivski?
