Mr.Oryshkevich, you do not sound like a doctor. Your University genes are evident.
I respect you dedication and belief in the potential of the Ukrainians who received their education through your program. "Responsible behavior, cooperation and concern for Ukraine" which are brought up by a 2 year US MBA pogram are especially actual looking out the upper windows of the Delta Capital Offices in Moscow. The guy should probably first ask his US bosses if they are interested to open their Bank's Ukrainian affiliation. Then generously pay for the restaurant of his Ukrainian half criminal counterparts. Charisma and brilliant education worth little if nothing in modern Ukraine without connections, "roof" responsibilities and old boys network. The talent probably can make his next risky step towards Ukraine but he'll never put his Mascaw-English in trouble.
The European Integration of Ukraine is a high profile question which is already solved by the "malorosy" from the Government.
Until Ukraine will be governed by the people who do not allow the Western Universities alumni to put their nose in the Papas' business, I can give you 100% guarantee that no one of the PennState or Rockefeller bright brands Ukrainian alumni will mess with the rules of the state which lost its hope for a change. And I am not sharing the opinion of the westerners, just talks from the Khreschatyk benches.
Every sound thinking trained abroad Ukrainian professional should answer his/her kid simple question of safety, security, respect and hope. Ukraine is not the case so far.
Halya.
