There seems to be no record of this film in the catalog of the Library of Congress. When you say "internet record shows" what do you mean? This may have been something produced by the local affiliate of CBS (in Phila) in which case there is little chance of a copy still existing.
The foremost expert on Ukrainian immigration history in North America is a gentleman named Myron Kuropas. He writes a column for "Svoboda" (our American version) and lists his e-mail as mbkuropas@compuserve.com. If anyone knows about this item it will be him. But first tell him you're a passionate Republican. (If you can't honestly say you like poor Georgie at least mention that Lukyanenko is "super".
From your website it would seem you're located in Mnpls/St Paul. Try to contact the Immigration History Research Center at the U. of Minn. I've not dealt with them in some years but if I remember correctly the librarian these was a Ukrainian woman.
The best to you -- and your site is "super".....really well presented. But is it still active?
