From my experience fiancee visa should be the fastest (I was told about 3 months to wait for an interview in Warsaw) and usually no problem to get if paperwork is fine. I was married to US citizen in Ukraine and we filed petition for relative alien right away but it took us exactly 8 months. Not sure how fast sponsorship works... Hope it will help.
