What has been your experience in terms of how long it takes to get a 129-F (petition for fiance) application that is received by the INS to be approved by the INS? My application has been assigned a case number, says that it takes 30 to 40 days to process this type of case, yet it has been 90 days, and the automated phone attendant says (based on the case number) that the application has received and that I will be mailed a decision.
