K1 process via California CIS is looking like a 9-month haul.
Kiev embassy staffer says marry her in Ukraine and file i-130 directly to Warsaw and it should take 3-4 months.
One dating agency owner advises that it is a slower process.
An attorney says that because she (my fiance)is a Doctor, I should be able to find an "H" visa sponsor. Perhaps hiring a beautiful Med School graduate as a minimum wage worker has some merit?
Someone else mentioned a K3, of which I am somewhat clueless.
I JUST WANT HER HERE AS FAST AS POSSIBLE!! Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
