well, I came on J-1 as a highschool student, went homw for 3 months, received an F-1 4 year student visa..before it expired got married applied for green card....green card case is pending until I get a waiver...I am legally here and have an alien registration number...looking for ways to get out of the J-1 waiver requirements...that's all...your rudeness keep to yourself..
