Is this going to stop someone who has a job not to try and get a fictious license so that they can drive???? They'll drive anyway.
Proof of legality of residence in New Jersey to get a licence is an extreme step - And now a host illegals (not just YKPAIHIAHs) will be driving around illegally...
Just recently a illegal resident (a Mexican) in Brigeton without a valid license killed a motorcyclist.
Do you really think it will stop illegals from driving around???
