well i am an indian citizen who was in ukraine (kyiv) from 1995-2002.. i was a student there.. i applied for an immigration visa to the us and they asked for a police clearance from ukraine..i had one cpravka from OVIR(cpravka o cudimosti.) which was issued when i left the territory of ukraine in july 2002.. the us embassy wants a fresh one not older than 6 months.. they have asked me to contact the ukrainian embassy in delhi but the consular says it is along process which might take uptill 6 months.. can i get a new one made from kyiv... is so what wil eb the procedure like....
