You're in deep trouble with this.
The fact of the matter is, that when you received your visa, you were told about the 2 year requirement to return to your country.

You overstayed your visa and are now in very hot water as to how to get this fixed without leaving the country.

Some possible options:

If you have some sort of medical condition where you must receive care here in the USA, you might be able to apply for a different type of waiver to the requirement.

If you have some family ties to a very very very sympathetic congressman or senator, you might be able to persuade them to forgive you through an act of congress. (very very unlikely)

If you have some sort of highly skilled area of expertise, that a government agency can use, you might pursue that route. (very unlikely) If you have language skills in Middle eastern languages that may be a legitimate option.

You might be able to join the US military and get this fixed. They are allowing amnesty now for a lot of things if you want to join the US military as an illegal alien then become an american citizen somehow later. I do not know if this will work however with the 2 year home residency requirement stuck on you. It is on you like the plague until you satisfy the requirement to return home or you get it waived.

If you can somehow persuade your government to give you a job here in the USA, you can apply for the government waiver option. (very unlikely)

Basically, you better consult a very good immigration attorney in the matter if you have any hopes of getting this fixed, without having to leave the USA. (You may be barred 3-10 years if you leave from re-entering the USA due to your careless disregard of the legal process)
