That's what experience is telling: if you were denied you will not get it in future. Probably I mixed up requirements for eligibility to apply for citizenship and requirements for keeping permanent resident status. If you parents show up significant amount of money on account in Western bank probably it would help them to get a visa, but I'm not sure that it would help after they had been denied. They asked one women who had been rejected:"What has changed in your life?". She said :"Nothing". They told :"So why you came back?".Tatiana knows law better. Go, follow her advise if you are ready to pay a price.

: Anyway, thanks a lot for your message and by the way, do you know any other way how I can get my parents to come to visit us? They were denied once (both applied separately), we were considering to try to get Tourist companies to help them (the cost of the tour is $1800!) but they said that if you didn't get a visa before there is no chance of getting it in the future. I really want them to come and visit us, I haven't seen them in 3 years. If Consulate is suspicious when parents apply to come and visit their kids maybe I can get my friends to invite them if that can help.... Do, you have any advice?
