: Thanks you very much for your reply and information regarding immigrant visa, can you please tell me if my parents will need to get that stamp everybody is talking about "Permanent Residendy - USA" before they live Ukraine for the firts time, I guess after reading your explaination on immigrant visa they will have to go back and forth and I'm afraid that by getting that stamp they'll have to be signed off all possessions like I did before I went to get my immigrant visa in Poland (I was intended to live in US).
