Meet her in Budapest, Hungary. All major airlines have daily flights from the US with connections to Budapest. I have meet my Ukrainian lady there, twice. Budapest is a beutiful city, with reasonable hotel rates. She can get there by train very economically, with just the Ukrainian external passport. Also you can travel to Ukraine. I went there for the first time in february. Don't believe any of the bad publicity you hear in the US. Is a beautiful country and the people is very nice. Apply for a visa directly to the Ukrainian embassy in Washington D.C. or the Consulate in New York or Chicago.
