You can get a 3 year multiple entry visa but you need a letter from supposedly an employer from Ukraine that will justify why you need this kind of visa. This letter is easy to get from any business connection in Ukraine that you have. They won't check anything, this is just a formality. It has to be officail though and have a stamp. Go to
