Has anyone been able to obtain a no-objection statement to Home Residency Requirement (J1) from Ukraine? Ukr. Embassy in the U.S. does not issue such statement, suggested contacting Min. of Education or MSZU directly. But noone there knows what I am talking about.
Email me if you have a similar problem, let's exchange ideas. There has to be a source in Ukraine that knows about or has done in the past this type of statement.
