My son married to an american citizen got his green card just 2 days ago.
He has lived in the US for 3 years and married forf 2 years
He was studying at the University of Utah for 2 years and he has skipped classes for 1 year and wants to resume his degree again.
Please tel me whether he is entitled to IN STATE TUITION FEES as he is a green card holder now.
