An Autocephalous Orthodox jurisdiction in direct communion with the church of Western Ukraine, founded in 1996 by a tomos of +Metropolian Vasili Bodnarchuk, of Ternopil. While retaining relations with the Mother Church, we are completely self-governing in the Diaspora. Our Succession derives from the Autocephalous Church in Ukraine, reborn in 1924 and which enjoyed the episcopal ministries of such hierarchs as Patriarch Mystyslav (Skrypnyk), Archbishop Nikanor (Abramovych) and Metropolitan Hryhorij (Ohichuk).

We have parishes throughtout the Western Hemisphere and have Archdioceses in the United States, Canada and South America. Any persons or parishes interested in maintaining direct relations to the Church of Ukraine, while remaining self-governing in the Diaspora are invited to contact us. In addition to our parishes, we have monasteries, a seminary and a charitable outreach ministry which provides necessary items for our people in Ukraine.
