Toasting the JVGC members, Ukrainian Congressional Caucus, and Congress for a job well done. On March 8, 2006, the House of Representatives passed legislation to graduate Ukraine from the Jackson-Vanik Amendment with a vote of 417 to 2. The Senate approved the same bill the next day.
