Basque Parliament concerned about electoral fraud in Ukraine

INSTITUTIONAL DECLARATION

The Basque Parliament shows its concern for the evident electoral fraud that happened in the presidential elections of Ukraine last November 21st. Fraud that has been denounced by the Democratic Opposition and the international observers of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).

Likewise, it shows once again Basque firm support to a democratic Ukraine, and declares that the geo-strategic interests of the potencies must never overlap the will freely expressed by the citizenship.
