H.E. Mykhailo B. Reznik, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the United States
New York, 12/22/03 Yesterday, newly appointed Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States, Mykhailo B. Reznik,
was introduced to a New York City gathering of what he termed the "elite of the Ukrainian Diaspora."
Mr. Reznik, who has met with representatives of several Diaspora organizations since his arrival in Washington, DC,
a few weeks ago, expressed assurances that he intends to work closely with the Ukrainian American community,
and called for its support of the Embassy in Washington DC and for Ukraine in general.
The event took place at the Ukrainian Institute of America [UIA].
