Boomchyk Borovyk is best known for the entertaining ways he teaches Ukrainian language lessons to the children of Alphabet Village. He's also known for his booming laugh and for the many upbeat songs he sings.
The "Ukrainian Power" video series has been delighting and educating Ukrainian children since "Ukrainian Power" hit the market in 2000. Boomchyk stars in two new "Ukrainian Power" videos which were released in 2002. "Calendar Fun" and "Boomchyk's Birthday" include a lively array of songs and a touch of animation.
Boomchyk, always at the center of learning, teaches children Ukrainian through the internet as well. He hosts several free interactive internet games which teach the Ukrainian alphabet and various Ukrainian words.
