©VL/BRAMA 9/12/01, 4:30pm September 12, 2001 - All of Manhattan south of 14th Street was accessible today only by emergency workers and residents. ID cards with addresses were being checked at the 14th Street and Broadway corner - anyone not a resident of the area on the south side of the police barricade was turned away.
