Kyiv monument update

Kyiv - The monument nears completion in this August 16th photo of Maidan Nezalezhnist (Independence Square) in Kyiv, Ukraine. Ukraine celebrates its 10th year as an independent state on August 24th, and workers are rushing to add the finishing touches in time for the big day.

A drawing of the plans for the square with the monument is provided below by 1+1 TV.
